I am in vacation mode this week and I was all set to post about some of our past vacation trips.
Then last night Thomas was standing on the toilet playing in the sink (something he is not supposed to do) and he falls off the toilet and hits his eye on the space heater under the sink. Leaving behind this horrible looking scratched up and bruised eye. The good news is he only cried for a moment after it happened. The bad news he did not learn anything from it because 5 minutes later he was standing on the toilet playing in the water again.
His little eye looked much worse last night and this was left behind this morning when I took the picture.

It is amazing how they can hurt themselves like that, then go right back to it. Poor little guy, it looks like it hurt!

You'd think I beat my child with all the bumps and bruises he has on him and in the strangest places. At his 18 month well check I asked the doctor if she thought he might be anemic and she laughed. She watched him "toddling" around the exam room banging into things, tripping, and climbing, and suggested that's probably what's going on!
Always on the move, they are!

Can't wait to read about your past vacations. And I'm totally jealous if you're on vacation right now - BOO!! I have to work. =(
LOL, toddlers always look like they've been in a street fight...it's a wonder that they can keep on going at the rate they do!

Ouch! Poor guy. Such a boy, mine always has a big purple bruise on his forhead!
