Aloha Friday!
My Question:
What store always cost you more money than you ever wanted to spend when you shop at that store?
Does your store always hit a minimum dollar amount?
My Answer:
TargetTarget is my $50 minimum store. I don't care if I walk in with a list that has 2 items on it. By the time I get to the check out I have spent at least $50. It happens every single time.
I need to throw on the blinders and grab only what is on my list. Yet I never do and as I am walking through the store I say,
Oh I need laundry soap,
oh we need tissue's,
oh look they have tumbler cups on clearance for $1
Oh and don't even let me step foot in the baby department and start looking at the clearance clothing racks. Ugh....

I so love Target and yet I so hate Target.
The worst part is Target is right up the street from my work so I frequent it often. I am willing to bet they are smiling every time they see me walking into their store.

Great post! I can relate. Cost-co is one that is difficult to get out of in under $100. :) I do like target though, quite a bit. :)
Luckily Target is not as readily accessible for me as it is for you.
For me, it's Costco Wholesale. And we can never get out of there under $100.
I used to be that way in Target too!
I would have to say my weakness is Walmart and Target. I don't set limits. I feel guilty if I spend to much. So i try not to.
Definitely Costco or Sam's Club. I can't seem to spend anything less than $100. I need to work on that. :)
Oh I agree...Target can be a very dangerous store to go to, LOL! I have such a hard time not buying everything I see. Costco is also dangerous. So much so, I avoid going there most of the time!
Hmmm...I'd have to say my local golf pro shop! I have to be real careful as I can walk out with just about any product even if I don't need it! *L*
Yep, it would be Target for me too. If I just go in and out, I am fine but if I wander around, I am done.
I've moved on to Sam's Club...sadly.

Yeah, my biggest downfall at target is the dollar bins they have when you first walk in.
It would be Target if we had that store, instead it's the Super WalMart. That's where I get groceries and everything else. It's like I can't leave without dropping 200 bucks there. I hate it!
Target!!! Love that store...minimum is usually around $70.
Definitely Costco! I go in for 1-2 things and leave with 10+ lol
Costco. That store just sucks the money right out of me. I can literally go in there just to order a cake and walk out with $200 less in my bank account. I would say I rarely spend less than $100 there.
Walmart for me. I try to go as little as possible, because I do the same thing you said. Even if you just want laundry det. you come out spending like 50 bucks.
I think Sam's Club is it or Walmart.
WalMart for us because it is the only store we have. We always over spend.
Target and BJ's are usually on that list. Of course there are rare times that I will run in and spend next to nothing.
It is Target for me too!
Target and Costco. I have to limit myself from even visiting them.
I know the feeling... Walmart is our weakness. 100 bucks a pop - EASY!! No matter if we need anything or not!! We can't seem to go a week without stepping foot in there... it'll be the financial death of us, I'm sure!! =S
Oh yes, Target is a tough one. I have the same problem as you. The worst for me though is the near daily trips to Kroger. Even when I plan and try to do a big shop to get all our groceries, it seems we need something within a day or two! I'm practically family at Kroger, lol.
YES! YES! YES! Target is the same way for me! What happens? Mine is a $75 minimum though. A black hole for all of my money...
