Let’s crank up the time machine and go back in time….
17 years back in time to be exact.
The year… 1992!
This was my husband’s senior prom and this was my junior prom. Don’t panic, we were not married way back then just dating. Actually we had only been dating a few short months before all of this. I had no clue way back then that we would be where we are today. It has been a long and sometimes bumpy road but it has been our road.
I laugh at this photo with my curly hair and Eric still has hair.
17 years can really take its tool.

Did you go to your prom when you were in highschool?
On this night (shown above) it was my husband's senior prom. I did not go to his school but my junior prom was the same night so we went to his prom instead. Don't worry the very next year we went to my senior prom.

I did go to prom both Jr and Sr year. I'm pretty sure both dresses were some sort of metallic :)
No prom for me just the parties after.

No senior prom for me. When I was a junior two guys asked me and I went with the first one who asked (even though I REALLY wanted to go with the second one) - I thought it was the right thing to do.
Guy #2 talked so badly about me that no one asked me to senior prom the following year.

I went to the prom...unfortunately I didn't stay long. My best friend's boyfriend was being mean to her so I hit him and was told to leave the prom.
So, we partied it up at my place playing Atari!! (man, I'm old!!)
Nope, didn't go. I was flat on my back per dr's orders. Not the best thing. You guys look really cute.

As for the Aloha question...No, I did not go to prom. I did however marry my highschool sweetheart, but no prom pictures for us. :(
I went to prom with my best friend. I think that was good because we are still friends so no regrets about going to prom with a "jerk".
Yes, I did go to my prom. It was so long ago, I don't remember a whole lot, but I do remember a very nice dinner and a really gorgeous dress.

I went to both of my proms, and they were both pretty lame, sadly enough!
I did not go to ANY school dances...I don't know if that is sad or not...it just was too difficult to make it all work. Maybe I'd feel sad if I had never been invited, but since I did get invited and declined because of the drama involved with my family, I think it is okay. My son just went to his senior prom last year...I cried when I saw him in his tux...

Oh my gosh, you guys look so young!!! =) That is awesome that you are still together and have those pictures to look back on. I won't be posting pics of my prom as I went with my ex-husband. LOL, not sure my current hubby would appreciate that much. haha

I went to prom my senior year- we didn't have a jr. prom at our school.
I just went with a friend. My husband, Brian, was in my high school, and he just went with a friend too. BUT, he really wanted to take me, and we danced one dance! :)
Sigh, memories! Awkward, awkward memories...
My prom and my boyfriend-at-the-time's prom were the only dances I went to for my entire school years. For my prom, everyone but me and my five friends left to go to a party by 9pm... so we had the place to ourselves for a few hours.
